It hasn't, though the limitation of Oculus hand tracking is it doesn't work unless your hands are in front of you.

So the next gain/loss is minimal in most cases i have seen it (not VR or avatar related though)

You can't just go to the url, you have to actually send a PUT request. You'll have to look up how to send api requests. You could use a package like request in node.js, that's what I use for api requests

Usually with the Index controllers, you are more likely to smash your hand into things rather than the controllers

From everything I see CV1 to Index isn't the most 100% positive of reviews. For me personally, Gamecube controllers were the most comfortable controller ever, for decades, until I used my CV1 controllers.

For everyone complaining about security: Unity is not ready for online games out of the box. If you want to add multiplayer online to Unity, you have to write your own implementation. We are talking about early access game here, so it will take some time to perfect their particular online multiplayer code. Just bear it a little longer. It will be definitely fixed one day.
