Each instance can store a list of kicked user IDs which clients can enforce by rejecting connection with users in said list.

the thing is, if your index controllers break, valve will replace them with an advance shipped pair quickly. if your vive wands break, your controllers will be broken for months with how bad their support is

the login endpoint on the api servers look fine from my point of view, and i do have monitoring pointed on that which will soon also go up on the same dashboard that shows the amount of users and loss to photon servers

its probably just people who havent technically disconnected, doubt most are playing. afk, asleep, or watching movies. as long as you arent kciked to home, you can continue to watch a movie as long as you dont hit "OK"
