- Create a new email. Different password this time. Two-step verification enabled on said email.
- Log on all accounts associated to the old email and change the email to the new one on each account.
- Change all passwords on all accounts. Different password for each. At least 10 characters. No full words, make it impossible to guess. Enable two-step verification on the websites that support it.
If needed, one can use a password manager to save all passwords in a place safe. They usually use both a main password (so basically the one password that you must absolutely remember) and a key file that you must place on a device that nobody has direct access (except yourself).

If you have an oculus, but use a VRChat account on steam and do not have full body I highly recommend trying the oculus store version with your VRChat account, I get double fps

the more components you add to anything, the rate of failure goes up exponentially
as well as less layers of software the better. Look at consoles. They have low spec hardware, yet can trade blows with mid range PC's

but before vrchat new update one world with 10 was downloaded in 1 minute
and now it's downloaded in 15 minutes
so vrchat has a problem not me

People hang in public instances for only as long as it takes them to make a core friend group and then they stop being in public. Sadly this makes it harder and harder to make new friends the later you join in. The game can seem emptier than it is
