If you have any avatars set to public and they have anything breaking the TOS / likely to get reported, it's possible that someone (or lots of people) cloned your avatars and used them for abusive purposes. If your avatars were for example NSFW or had something abusive/spammy on them I think that could get you temporarily banned from public content uploads even though you yourself might not have been abusive.

Ya I can't answer in your case. My guess would be a lot of people hit the report button on your avatars for some reason.
Only way to get an answer is to email the vrchat team, or wait out the time and turn off avatar cloning on yourself so others won't abuse your content. maybe they have a loud sound on them that was used to scare people? or maybe some of them had private parts there even if obscured by clothing.

Well since i don't know where to ask this, I'll just do it here. Recently I bought a couple particle systems on the unity store (by Sinevfx, Forcefield and living particles. Plus a couple spell packs), but every time i wanted to upload them it deletes the scripts off of my avatar. I know certain scripts aren't allowed but these are all harmless scripts from the Asset store. So since a newer version of unity shouldn't we be allowed more scripts since the engine can handle more stress. and I'm sorta annoyed since i paid a decent amount for them and I'm sad that the particle systems don't work.

Foveated rendering is a theoretical rendering technique that's being explored, and would require internal eye tracking to work.
Basically what it does, is dynamically adjust the level of detail rendered on your display, to factor in where your peripheral vision not being able to see in full detail.
You would see the same, but the computer would have significantly less work to do.

You only use 10 degrees of your vision to see detail, if rendering can be brought down to that 10 degrees and lesser rendering everywhere else and track your vision, the rendering can be done way easier
