@civic plume I'm not sure what you're trying to say your English is very broken sorry. But if you're talking about changing ID's for worlds with each update/upload this is very bad idea. They use the ID's and information from them to see if they are regularly updated and if they are trusted uploaders also which makes the whole process move quicker.
For example my Marriage worlds get made public quite fast as they most likely have information of what I do and how I haven't broken the ToS with them.

Once someone has added them it is up to them if they want to charge or not. This is kinda sly in a way of doing things. But there is nothing wrong with doing this because some people do just want to make avatars for people for free as they enjoy it.

THere's nothing wrong with it, but if you don't have "admin approved" API tag for your world, it's checked more thoroughly and these advertisements are actually forbidden, you can check the public world google doc and actually see worlds being declined for it. Your world is immune to this check because it's admin approved, so they don't actually check for any minor infractions like avatar commission posters.

"Accidently" break the rules such as MatSix and when they do they just get a hard slap on the wrist to not do it again as it is very distrusting. But they're is also they're own judgement in effect. If they think they're done enough and it is an actually good world overall 1 avatar to deny such a world is quite 'Shitty'. They tell them this of course in hopes they'll change it in an update.
After this if they update and do not change this then they will deny it.

It is just math. But there's more factors. If those 10 textures are 4k, it might lag more.
If you're running out of vram, textures might be worse for you than dynamic bones in small worlds.
But rooms with 30 people? Dynamic bones will be almost half the lag, and unless you're below min specs, your GPU will be sleeping while your CPU is running 100% on some cores

I haven't seen many unfair things happen but when they do they're normally fixed when reported. I have seen many worlds slip through the system including an Auschwitz world of raving rabbits. But I've reported them and they've been quickly removed.

You can do two things, upgrade the pc or find a 'work around'that some people know.
The team is trying to find a fix for the problem but as your using older hardware that is also under there minimum required to run Vrchat they cant promise anything at all (same goes for the future)
