Hello, I have recently come up with a idea of a so called "omnidirectional treadmill" that is similar to the Virtuix omni, the idea of running on a low friction surface is not much of a new idea and I have to admit my idea is more of a way to integrate it into a game like VRchat or other VR games that support play space mover. My idea uses Vive full body tracking so if you want to build the treadmill you will need that, I am not going to give the details on the apparatus since it is not the hard part of the project, if you want details on it DM me. Okay here is my idea using the foot trackers you could jerry rig a duck hunt gun controller thing you could use the trigger as a button under you foot and if I could find a way to map play space mover to the button when you step down and move your foot back it would move you forward, another problem is that I would have to find a way to make the tracker the movement point not the Vive controller. If anyone knows anyways to get the sort of thing done please let me know I am not really good with programing and more of a hardware person.

@neon vine I've had this issue a few times. Close vrchat, close steamVR, check task manager to ensure anything with SteamVR or VR or VR Compositor etc is fully ended.
Then load everything up again.

Double check to see if the link box’s USB cable is unplugged from the PC. Click Remove all SteamVR Devices and click Yes when prompted.
Next, quit SteamVR, plug the link box back into your PC, and re-launch SteamVR.

Hmm, i know windows caches some data and information on restarts, so try to manually close steamvr and reopen.
Another thing that has helped is change the default playback device, then change it back to what it was.
Those two tricks always solve my swapped audio issues

For those having a weird distortion effect when moving,try disabling Settings >Video>Enable Motion Smoothing in your SteamVR monitor. Disabling this fixed it for me

But you can’t report for using crashers, avatar stealing, etc. Only really reporting for attitudes and avatars
