My friend wanted to show me his world... It was a bar from an anime... It was alright, I just didn't like the music... After we got bored, we went to a different world... After a few minutes I asked him to go somewhere else cus the sky hurts my eye (some shades like the sun going down are not easy on me)... this is still a rumor? You can't damage hardware such as a GPU via doing anything in VRChat, period. It isn't possible.

This is true for basically any application and any game. All hardware has built-in safety faults, if you ever even reach dangerous temperatures or etc.

No, you'd definitely either get a GPU driver crash or graceful failure from your GPU somehow. Overheating may cause a shutdown. A black screen isn't indicative of anything in particular, it could be a large number of things.

Anyone know why someone would be jittering in VR? My friend doesn't have a bad computer and is rated as VR Ready with a 1060 6gb and a I5 7300U with I believe 8gb of ram could be mistaken but in VRChat she jitters so much it's making her motion sick yet in other VR games she's flawless. For some reason in VRchat even in the lag free box rooms she's only getting like 20 frames but in games like Arizona Sunshine she's well over 60. o.0

If you're working in blender, modifiers are nondestructive until applied. Their order is significant, as the unmodified mesh gets passed down the list with each lower modifier taking in the changes of the one above it.

Placing the Armature modifier last will make it behave the same as if all previous modifiers had been applied.

Also don't use planar decimation unless you know why you need to.

@dawn pecan Bad bones, weights and vertexes are all kinda interrelated, since to have correct weights the vertexes have to be in the right position relative to the bone(s) influencing them.
Often the change that throws it all off is changing vertex position.
Imagine a magical door, the hinge is in the right place to have the door close properly into the frame.
Now move the door a meter to the left, leaving the hinge in place. The door still rotates around wherever this hinge is and probably ends up slamming into a chair or someone's spare alpaca or some shit.
