One of the issues I have with trying to talk to people hanging out in front of a mirror is it feels like they aren't fully paying attention to you, since they quite visibly seem more absorbed in looking at themselves.

There are groups that run around and shout at people in their native language rather than sing. Those I just mute. Recently it's been getting rabbit avatars to raid people

That's sort of what I'm running in to as well. I actually upgraded my internet connection. I was using a DSL - and never disconnected. Now I'm using fiber .. and I can't seem to go into any rooms with more than possibly 10+ people before it times out. :/

100% get the graphics card. Integrated graphics from the CPU can be enough to run casual games, but absolutely not for VR, and especially not for VR-Chat due to how it will max your CPU even without the extra heat generated by the integrated graphics.
