Asked about this earlier today, but figured I'd ask again in here to see if anyone has any ideas. I've upgraded and swapped my CPU, motherboard, and RAM recently, and VRchat's performing much worse than it was on my old CPU. It never goes above 13 FPS, but also rarely seems to go below it, so it seems like it's locked there for some reason. I've tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, reinstalling my GPU drivers, installing some chipset drivers, setting the settings to DesktopLow, and disabling CPU multithreading in the BIOS, and none of it's worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, it's only VRchat that's been running like this. I've played rocket league, hotdogs horseshoes & hand grenades, and doom 2016, and they all run fine.

I heard VRCHAT doesn't utilize all the cores but I heard that quite awhile back. Things may have changed

The CPU does have more cores, but I don't think it should be performing worse than it did, my new CPU's single-threaded performance is better than my old one's.
Also tried deleting the cache, both just map cache and the steps I got in a support email, and that didn't fix it.

what are the rules with nudity in vrchat? I have a model that I wish to be sitting in a bath, but there are no "bits" to the model, and there is a censor that happens when you walk too close to the model.
