In newer versions, loading the name plates is buggy (shows all symbols) and they take up a lot of draw calls by default, that and people use shaders to mess with them, so I'm guessing they just decided to redo them

It's not too difficult Reece. A one way flight is about 13 hours from the U.S. If you stay in big cities like Tokyo they have lots of signs in English and it's not too hard to get around/communicate

My plane ride wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either

I would definitely recommend it. Tokyo is like a cleaner, nicer, friendlier New York
