Well, there used to be an issue where switching to Morph3D avatars lagged a ton because it had to synchronously load the asset bundle from disk
But that's no longer an issue.

Not that polys matter. He is multiple meshes and materials though.
However, he does not have dynamic bones, and materials are not duplicated across meshes.
So he's basically average. Not optimized but not super laggy either.

It's not an exact time, it's based on a trust score. Using VRChat in a normal way will help build this up. Exactly how is unknown to all but the devs know. It can take a few hours or a few days.

The card itself may have issues. I had a 1080 that ran fine under light load, but would glitch out and crash severely under heavy load. Returned it for a new one and no problems since.
