Since there's basically no shading on them, it looks like regular eyes
Look at the shape key from the side and you'll see that the eyes simply move back into the head

you can look for morph3d models too
since thats the format vrchat default avatars use
i used an .obj model before, it worked excellently as a mesh but was not rigged so it works if you have knowledge of weighting and rigging
i used a .blender file too tho once, and it was for courage the cowardly dog
but joining the meshes made 90% of them disappear
and the model itself had shading issues
.obj is safest if you want to export mesh data, 3ds can be your second runnerup if you want the texture data more than the mesh

@fading owl I'm hoping it's just related to a program I installed that was supposedly improving the Vive microphone. After the crash, my computer experienced weird keyboard activity, as well as attempts to access the registry editor.
Getting it checked tomorrow at my local store to see what's going on. The crash in VRChat must have been coincidental with whatever else that was also installed with that program I installed today.

@umbral reef I'm aware. I installed a program earlier today that was supposedly going to improve the Vive microphone when it was too soft or something. After the installation it required a reboot and I ignored it. It was when I crashed in VRChat that I had to reboot anyway that activated whatever malware that was with that program I installed
The crash in-game was no doubt from the usual people who crash worlds but the malware stuff would have to be related to the program I installed today.
