You can be Banned logging in to a Banned Account in unity.
A User in the German community just had the issue. Beeing logged in in a other Projekt to a Friends Account which got Banned got him temporarely Banned too.

Btw you shouldn't always blame mods or devs directly. There is automatic Routines that sometimes go wrong.

Being allowed to upload is based on reaching a certain trust score which's exact algorithm is unknown to prevent exploitation.

You presumably need to play the game in a normal manner, walking around, meeting people and also makeing some friends. Idling wont help.
According to many responses in this discord the typical time it takes seems to be between 20-40 hours but big exceptions are possible.

Make sure you are not logged in to your steam account by accident and play the game until you get a notification or e-mail.
