Report said user to the google form in #moderation-reports if you know their name.

Other than that, deleting your avatar and reuploading it with a different blueprint ID removes it to their list as well.

From what I've noticed they usually do. Unless I'm mistaken and it's some other thing on some peoples avatars that causes such massive lag? Like I was hanging out with a friend in the pug one day. With lots of people around. And I was lagging yes but not nearly as badly as when some random guy popped into the room. Suddenly said friend was lagging too. And unlike me he's not on an old Athlon II X4 631 + GTS 450, he has a fancy rig with a 1070. o.o Either way I usually have to have block avatars on still. lol

Being allowed to upload is based on reaching a certain trust score which's exact algorithm is unknown to prevent exploitation.

You presumably need to play the game in a normal manner, walking around, meeting people and also makeing some friends. Idling wont help.
According to many responses in this discord the typical time it takes seems to be between 20-40 hours but big exceptions are possible.

Make sure you are not logged in to your steam account by accident and play the game until you get a notification or e-mail.

The crashers, the hackers, the people the devs refuse to do anything about while honest people get banned for taking things into their own hands

I agree with you that paying for a VR social game is pretty lame mainly if its for avatars... You cant be creative and what is fun about social platforms if you cant show off yourself. Fucking old school forums had more free to swap things then most modern social platforms do
