If a user blocks and/or mutes a user in a room and then unblocks/unmutes them in that same room, upon moving to another room with that user they are still blocked/muted and need to be unblocked/unmuted again. In other words, donโt mute or block someone unless you actually want to block or mute them

I loved chairs on avatars, but it was really exploitable. People could make them as big as they wanted, forcing you to grab it, then disabled it and you would be stuck in space. Can't move or anything

Being able to upload isn't solely based on your playtime. There are other factors that are included to you getting your upload permission.
Once you do get it, you will receive an in-game notification and an email saying that you have gotten the permission to upload user content.

Sigh. This "gating" of every new user in the way that it's done is the grim reaper for VRChat in my eyes. It's such an inhibitor to growth or even an ability to maintain the current population.
Might as well throw back in the feature that was once introduced where every user is muted by default.
For the sake of VRChat (the users will just shift to a new platform in time), I really hope they reconsider this design that they thought would be beneficial, much like the "Default Mute" feature they attempted.

While that is a bit boohoo for those people that want to upload, it's more boohoo for the population. Sure, everybody who has been around for a while is already invited to have perks, and sure there are gonna be plenty of people with friends in the game that are going to stick around for a bit without too much added incentive needed.
But what allowed VRChat to explode in my eyes is the openness it allowed from the very beginning. Not the the exclusivity that someone is rewarded with from being around the club for a while. We have that openness to thank for the population we have now. Cutting that off almost guarantees that a boom of that nature won't be able to happen again.
@raven silo I fully understand the benefits this brings. I'm just saying that there seems to maybe have been too much focus on those benefits, and not enough attention to the real consequences and outcomes of the decision.
For instance: Sure, you could start a nightclub and only allow people on the dance floor that have been there at least 5 nights before. Your dancefloor will be only filled with nice and dedicated people, but boy have you really shot your nightclub in the foot. Plenty of people will just go to some other club if one opens up next door, at that point, and eventually everyone will be hanging out at the other club.
