I can think of a few ways of automatically adjusting mic volume if you wanted to have everyone normalized by default, its a solvable problem at the very least.

the issue with automatic leveling is always finding the target to adjust to, if you have a quite user most of the time it would adjust to the BG noise, which is what you dont want
