After my upgrade from FX 8300 to Ryzen 5 1600X, even Japan town can no longer tank my FPS to sub 20s, now it stays at more sustainable 40 range (in VR of course).
As it turns out, even though my graphics card is still poo poo, upgrading my CPU helped a lot 😄

Aand, last night when I was using this, the bluetooth dongle didn't get reset once. The controllers were lost by it once or twice, but that I can live with, the resets of the dongle were a lot more annoying

but theyre staying pretty tight lipped about it
i got this nice 30k model here in front of me and i know im probably going to butcher it when decimating

if you got something like pants that are super high detail (like folds) and they are a dark colour you can swing at them semi harsh and just use fix the material for it within unity

@ivory tendon its below the recommended vr specs and you should keep in mind that vrchat is very bad in terms of optimisation. So you can barely run it but you won't ve able to play in worlds with big enough amount of people and mirrors will be your nemesis

The mods are pretty up to date on the signs of a user with a modified client and that is grounds for a ban. There may be some edge cases where mistakes happen, in which case they can email moderation@vrchat.com regarding the ban.

Of the times I've witnessed a ban, it's usually been for a good reason, yet the one banned did the usual "I didn't even do anything wtf", probably because they didn't read the rules/community guidelines, or did and decided to ignore them.
Of course, that's just personal experience. I only help with the discord, I have nothing to do with bans within vrchat itself.

and since you have to decimate the model, you can say goodbye to the majority of the blendshapes that were made.
