yep. but I'm (possibly incorrectly) told that it is IPC bound on the CPU, so throwing more cores at it doesn't help.
Windows likes moving processes between cores, which results in a usage graph that doesn't look full, even when the critical process is actually fully using a core it doesn't look that way in task manager.
