just upload an avatar to that ID which will rocket them up the sky, block their vision so they cant see their own menu, and insane anmount of particles to lag them out. they will probably never try to take your avatar again

Just remember deleting the avatar ID makes them lose access to the avatar, reporting makes them lose access to everything. Include your output log in your report and include where and when it happened

You can clean cache by deleting the vrchat folder within C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat

hopefully at some point we'll get smarter cache management, and maybe delta downloads for world updates
there's no reason to download 10 mp3 files or whatever for a club when they change the position of the chairs
and I bet I have worlds in my cache that I've visited only once like day 1 of my playtime
and I wouldn't be surprised if every single version of every world was in there, even old ones that can't be accessed
a lot of this isn't very user-facing though, improving stability and filling the most common feature requests helps more since the behind the scenes isn't fundamentally broken most of the time
