An fyi to everyone who's playing VRC: the people stealing avatars have admin rights now and have the ability to hardware ban (this would require changing actual PC parts to play VRC). I highly suggest to stay off VRC, or stick to friends-only/private worlds.

Also - If you see someone that clearly has cloned your avatar. Grab your log and report them. Then they wouldn't be able to use it anymore, and we're down a hacker.

Its a good effort to follow what @lilac swan is saying but the real thing would be having an anti-cheat and/or moderators running around but I don't think there's enough man power or the anti-cheat thing is there at all. *

Honestly, its just a matter of getting ahead of the game and putting a system in place to thrwart things like that as the game gets bigger and they beging to expand their staffing group. As someone who is in the Cyber Securities sector. This is just something you cant avoid 100%, you can only get smart about it and stay a step ahead of the game as much as you possibly can, and that can only be done with expirienced and proper work behind the scenes.
