They were trying to make profit off of their model, which was a likeness of a character, and when you read into the copyright laws as posted by funimation, the likeness of characters cannot be used for profit

So it's basically a worst case scenario player count put into 1 avatar. Most poly count with 32 people is gonna be 640k poly and this one is 1 mil to act as if some are over the limit by a little.
