definitely check out the Bobo VR headstraps.
Meta ships a pretty subpar strap on the headsets, probably in order to make the box smaller and the headset cheaper.
BoboVR straps are a lot more comfortable for hours of use, and the magnetic batteries you can charge separately and swap them without taking the headset off.
