There was a hickup with an internal change of leadership since one of the directors retired and it was a whole huge issue. They had a live stream where they were apologizing in this blank white room, that looked like none of them where gonna make it out of there alive. Culture difference wild I guess.

But it's pretty good now days afaik, there's quite a bit of content, and in my experience I always see players on. But due to the nature of the game joining a guild is not optional.

yeah palworld plays different than pokemon, its just the Pocket-Monster aesthetic is in the game. Most of the gameplay experience is like Ark/Survival with meme reference to Guns and partially pokemon experience because pokeball and catching similarity idea. Gen1 has their own server hosted and its up 24/7.

It’s not just individual rooms of sky town by the way. It’s all of the first half of sky town that from Metroid prime 3 @mint mantle imscared was insane in making those worlds and avatars

The best way I can describe ultrakill is…. Well… think doom eternal. But faster. And you can punch parry just about anything. And you can punch projectiles and parry them back at enemies, and even punch your own bullets the split second they come out of your gun to not only make them go faster but also explode on contact.

There’s a starter pistol weapon that lets you toss coins into the air, and if you shoot the coins, they can ricochet, and chain ricochet, as a guaranteed hits on nearby enemies

But, you can also shoot the coins with other weapons you switch to, like, a railgun

And the effect of that stacks onto the coins
