I thought about automating the removal with a bot
but it isn't worth it as we are gonna have a new client π

i guess its something like /mode #chan $user -v ?
or set if with !unmute <nickname> and cncnet5 bot does the rest π I can make a script if needed, 30 secs

when you join the bot sends something like (mute add <hostmask>) to the client no irc commands involved

but when you use the ! commands, the bot/bots sets that command in Γ―rc-language" to the "server"
and if you delete that cncnetbot5-command (the /mute add <hostmask>) from cncnet5bot?>
so that when a user somehow is devoiced (-v) but not banned (-b), chanserv overrules cncnet5bot command and sets +v <user>?\
