Can't load the game

I can't start the game - it freezes at this point all the time.
This problem has been happening for three days on different computers with different providers, and it's the same issue. Changing servers doesn't help

Strange it is happening on different computers with different providers. Where are you located? Have the computers had any recent windows updates?
In your game folder, after a failed start, there is a spawn.ini file. If you can get that for you and one other player it might indicate an issue. If you want, I can test this with you.

At first, I thought it was a problem with my computer or the provider. But it's the same at home.

Yes, I tried it... Both standard and modified maps. No problems with the AI.

yeah that was my next thought. if different machines are having the same issues despite being on different operators

most russian players i know use a VPN

We use some services through a VPN) And discord too😂 But CNC has always been trouble-free. I haven't yet asked any Russians if they have issues starting the game.

I think if the provider had restrictions, I wouldn't be able to access the lobby or the room. I can still communicate in the lobby chat without any problems.

then it's most definitely a network thing that's not allowing you to connect

Try using your mobile hotspot. If that works then it has something to do with your router. We need to try a completly different internet connection to rule out your existing network setup

renderer wouldn't matter here. he's able to launch offline skirmish just fine

which means the installation is okay

there is either RKN at play or our hoster blocking Russian connections. for now I can advise trying another tunnels. IIRC HongKong tunnel for example works

i can start a trace analyse as soon as you choose the tunnel to check what paket the tunnel is recieving, if he even does
