Game Client Version: YR 8.72.1
looks like the update wasn't complete.

Try to update manually: https://github.com/CnCNet/cncnet-yr-client-package/releases/download/yr-8.73.0/CnCNet5_YR_Installer_8.73.0.exe
If it doesn't help, uninstall (execute unins000.exe in D:\Red Alert 2\Red Alert 2) and reinstall
