a nickname reset feature does not exist to my knowledge

there are some valid reasons to track nicknames, but this Skynet bot sometimes doesn't provide valid data (or corrupted/manipulated data)
@sudden forge, you're a good example to track nicknames... as you already got banned once :/

Sure but also some valid reasons for ur privacy

I personally would find it better to restrict the amount of make new nicknames, no whois funtion but for sufficient reasons u can let check by mods

You're German like me. privacy is mandatory in our country. If there would be a account solution (with sms verification?) I might agree with you.

The current situation also got some advantages:
In one of three games, a troll was joining my buddies game just to attack teammates midgame - for several months.
After two weeks and some improvements I got (automatically) warned if he's in the same room like me, which resulted in instant ban hot him. After three months he surrendered... 😉
