Go to C:\Users\elies\Desktop\RA2 Fix\RA2\ then right click CnCNetYRLauncher.exe and select Run as administrator

Not sure why you're getting that if you're running as admin though

i have actually change the content of one text document based on the error i commented on

Something has MainMenuTheme.wma, possibly anti virus or another program for some reason. Could try a PC restart and see if that helps?

Failing that, do the below:

Delete C:\Users\elies\Desktop\RA2 Fix\RA2\Resources\Yuri Theme\MainMenuTheme.wma,
Reinstall using this link https://github.com/CnCNet/cncnet-yr-client-package/releases/download/yr-8.68/CnCNet5_YR_Installer_8.68.0.exe

indeed could be an antivirus as when i updated the game it has blocked something but i cant remember, shall i uninstall the new antivirus?

You should be able to allow an exception to the antivirus, or to see which files it quarantined. What antivirus did you install?

CRdownload is just the chrome download file. the installer can be placed anywhere.
