that shouldn't be an issue. When installing CnCNet did you direct the installer to this new directory?

no there's just a grey options bar on the left, a black screen and the UI on the right

I can't click on anything at all and sometimes I have to press ctrl alt and delete to log out

I did I was just trying to get this version to work with my steam one

this occurs when I try and launch it from steam

does this game not work on gaming laptops? Is that my problem?

so apparently I can run the game on Steam using compatibility mode but the software port does not work

this happens if I drag the screen on campaign mode

okay I finally got it to work!

I just couldn't use the Steam version

I had to download the one from the Netherlands Server
