Just wanted to get back on Yuri's revenge after a few years. Tried to do some skirmish but was unfortunately met with this error.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the the original files and the CNCNet files. No Mods, fresh install on a different Computer.
What can i do to fix this?

while getting info on your local network interfaces

Open the Control Panel in category view, click the “View network status and tasks” link beneath the “Network and Internet” heading.
right click "disable" on all available adapter
after that, try again
but again - this doesn't explain the game refuse to start via EA app xD
