my favorite movie is "Interstellar" I literally adore it because the idea and meaning of the movie are incredible, the work of operators is wonderful, the play actors is breathtaking, the movie itself is actually very complicated, not everyone likes these kind of films, but I would definitely recommend it to watch alone

some people compare interstellar with space odyssey
that came out in 1968. Nolan admitted that he was inspired by Kubrick's movie but at the same time add ideas of his own. I think they are more comparable in terms of visual elements
Stanley Kubrick is another genius of his epoch. Its hard to imagine that Odyssey was made in 1968.
