  4. Focus on those tasks and do them on time

  1. do pauses between studies. 10-30 minutes and/or reward yourself

honestly the way I do it is do the thing you're working on, and when you're tempted to get distracted just remind yourself of how disappointed you'll be if you don't do well on whatever you're studying for. After I'm done, then I reward myself with food/games/break time

once you're doing something for long enough you sort of "get in the zone" and forget about distractions
