Yeah exactly. I mean Paris will be a great excuse for a vacation and lots of fun I'm sure so it's certainly no loss if the concert ticket is already purchased. But I reckon they will do a couple more encores in the US too.

I believe online fan-to-fan resale is also possible? as long as the ticket is not VIP, in case they want to cancel on Paris.

In the last Paris concert you couldn't resale through Ticketmaster. You could do it through other third party apps or some people did it through FB but ID became an issue for some people. Maybe they will do better this time around though.

Omg yes!!! YG expects people to travel to concerts and they give 4 months notice most of the time if you're lucky. It's a crazy marketing tactic too because there's a sense of urgency. At least western artists give 1 year notice so you can get cheaper flights and stuff

I think there are positives and negatives to both. If you get a smaller venue and a good spot it feels more intimate. Some of the stadium tours looked super far from the stage. But then on the other hand a stadium tour will have the best atmosphere. Longer queues though 😅

In all fairness, epic high and RV were/are not doing a tour at BP's scale, more importantly, headlining a music festival is so different from just participating a music festival. Especially their Hyde park gig is basically rely on BP to sell all the tickets, they could have done a proper stadium concert in UK but guess AEG has a different plan, they are not as experienced as Livenation in terms of promoting stadium tour.

The point is AEG decided to skip north col and did a small scale NA tour and let BP headline Coachella, they will do encore tour in NA this summer so it's very wired planning, as ppl said they are announcing encores in Europe and NA and already made some fans regret of buying the tickets to music festival., technically it's in the middle of their tour

Yeah the VIP tickets are crazy prices!! Yeah €1400 is unbelievable. Especially if you're travelling to the concert where you would need flights and a hotel. Also the VIP 1 is different everywhere but the price is the same which is super unfair. In the Accor Arena concert the VIP 1 certainly had some perks because they could rock up to the venue any time they liked. No queue. They were brought backstage and given dinner. They got photos on stage. Access to the front seats or standing if they preferred. And they got access to send off.

From what I heard, there's some venues that aren't including even half of that in the package but the price is still the same

Yeah, Accor Arena had a bag inspection, then a ticket check at the door and then going through a security bodyscan and putting all your items in a tray. That kinda sucked because that process made a lot of people lose their place in the queue because they make you move into different lanes. It definitely would have been good to have my hands free because I was trying to juggle my lightstick, my phone and my poster all at once. 😂 There were people we met at the concert who didn't show up with a lightstick and didn't plan on getting one but then they felt peer pressured into doing it I guess. I mean it's up to you though, unless Blackpink come back again for a tour chances are it will just be a dust collector in your room

Yeah if there is a Blackpink show the day before then you can just go to the arena and buy one outside. I don't recommend buying a lightstick on the day because then you're stuck with the big box it comes in. Also the amount of times I nearly dropped my phone was concerning 😅

Also just to note cause nobody mentions this - they do technically sell merch after the show too. Not much good to people unless you know you're going to another Blackpink concert but if you kinda regret not getting something or just don't have time to get it before the concert you can get it after. I saw lots of people buying hoodies after the concert

I agree with the person who said be careful about buying lightsticks on ebay, facebook marketplace etc. There are a lot of fakes or they might sell you the version 1 lightstick with a picture of version 2 which is useless because it's old and prob won't sync up. You could try an online kpop shop if they deliver but make sure they include the 2 photocards because some don't. For me personally with the cost of delivery included it was basically the same as buying it off weverse so I just ordered it off weverse. In the end I was glad I did. Also it's a really nice conversation starter. Blinks were approaching me in the metro station really excited because I was holding a lightstick and also I saw so many people walking around by the Eiffle tower area with lightsticks.

Also I met a couple of backpackers from New Zealand after the concert and they asked me about the lightstick because apparently they were seeing them everywhere 😅 It's like a cult

But to be honest I don't think anyone will be paying attention to any one person so if you have the fake one you could still bring it along instead of spending €80 on one. It happened to me on London show at the O2, they had the merch booth a day before the first show. Like I mentioned, there is no garantie that they will do the same in Paris.

No worries at all! Yeah it was funny and it was really fun spotting other blinks out and about that whole weekend. Yeah it might be easier to get it on Weverse in advance. The price including delivery sucks but on the day it was convenient. Also if you have any photocards you want to trade you should bring them, you might get some opportunities to trade while waiting in line

Yeah at the last concert there was a girl who had an online kpop shop and her and her friends gave everyone in line a free photo card and a qr code to find her shop on instagram so you might get some random freebies too. I also got a lot of leaflets for kpop events happening that weekend while I was waiting in line
