@alpine glacier you probably won't see them directly and I don't recommend standing to far in front, but they have a great camera crew and screen setup you can always watch them on the big screens (they even do multicams and on stage cams)

in Amsterdam I saw at least 20 people being carried away from the front row barricade with security handing out a lot a water so be safe out there (also multiple announcements to give everyone enough space), but they are being very carefull so don't worry too much

ohhh i get what you mean, when i originally bought my ticket, it showed me my section on the map but not where the individual seat is. Just go of the number that you have, if it's a smaller number it's closer to the front of that section and the larger number would be further back.

Then I was told it was at the information desk. I was taken there by a man and was told during this that "he doesn't know how people can like such loud music, and that we seem like animals." I just joked it off awkwardly as I didn't know what to say*. I found it strange for him to say this as he WORKS here. Once I had my phone I was dismissed. I was alone and didn't know where to go so I went through the wrong entrance [this was my first time, alone, and I was stressed from what had just happened so wasn't thinking straight]. I asked the lady who I saw when I went through the doors for help but she dismissed me so I walked down the stairs clueless. It was a dead end and I couldn't get to GA so I was escorted out. Again dismissed. I then asked another security lady to please help me access the venue. She dismissed and ignored me so I followed her into the VIP section [by this time I was angry no one was helpful]. When I entered I was dismissed multiple times and asked for my wrist band and was told to exit AGAIN. By this time I was fed up with the rude staff so I told her why can't I just go through the black barricade into where I need to go. I was very upset with the treatment, as this was my first concert AND I was alone & stressed.

• the lady who gave me my phone was also extremely rude and kept asking me questions about my phone knowing I'm stressed. I know she has a job but it kind of extra when she was trying to hold my phone when I put my password in and then even after that wouldn't give it to me

So don't expect that it might be a lie because this is my personal experience and I remember telling my boyfriend it was a lovely show but RUDE staff. Especially in a moment of panic, and I'm off my anxiety meds so I easily could've had a panic attack but I was more angry than anxious.
