People can begin lining up at 10am on the PNC Plaza (south aac entrance). VIPs will be checked in from noon until 5pm.
Once you show your tickets, you will be wristbanded and directed to a specific "chute" according to what package you purchased (I believe they will have Ultimate VIPs at the Jack Daniel's patio).
You will have an ultimate VIP party from 2:30-4pm, then first access to the floor. Sound check will be at 5 pm so make sure to get there before 5 or you will miss the experience.

You will park in the Lexus garage off Houston and All Star Way.
They will have your name on a list, just say you have free parking with the VIP Bundle.
