Yoga was actually first practice by a male god if I remember it correctly. But then to female goddess and then to human but most mistakenly think yoga is only for female but it’s for any living being that are able to do yoga. Especially in human form

Some form is extreme that not everyone can do

I just do a lots of research. When I’m interested in something and come across something I just do research. Not just from internet but also ask those around me for knowledge

Meditating as well. I born listening to elder etc talk about it but as curious grow.
Well it just sit cross legged and closing eyes as well as breathing. It’s not a sign deal business
Then boom I do meditating alone after work daily til I encounter phenomenal they usually said about. It’s a step closer to a real meditating experience

Then I come to know meditating was not just about sitting cross legged. It just one of the most effective ways.

Basically Walking, sleeping, sitting, every movement action was considered as meditating. It’s only need to have the mind and heart consciously focused and aware of meditating and breathing.
A bit hard for me to describe, you can only try to research more online or ask those with more experience knowledge in it

When you are able to do that, you won’t get tired quick

It’s a conscious of mind, heart and breathing control with nature
