Personally I really enjoyed the demo. tl;dr at the end.
A few of my favorite things to see were:
• The driving system: I’ve seen quite a few people complaining about the sharpness of the driving system. I think it fits the style of the game very well, it’s a little hard to control sometimes but also very fun. The drifting is cool and having police cars chase you through the city feels smooth.
• The map/quest screen: The new quest screen that gives you dialogue and mission objectives looks great imo. As well as the different kinds of maps, especially when the full game is avalible to players.
• The stores: The storefronts are a huge step up from the previous game. going to buy cars, furniture and food at different places is cool

Complaints :
Being able to see the quest givers dialogue and tips while away from them would be nice. Having to walk back to them every time you forget something is pretty annoying
Weapon stacking: If you pick up the same weapon they don’t stack, you can hold 5 pistols that share the same ammo stock. I don’t know if it’s intended or not, but Sor 1’s stacking system would work great here.

What I’d like to see/change:
Random interactions: Being honest this comes directly from red dead redemption. Seeing NPC’s interact with dialogue or having random people come up to you asking for help would be awesome to see.
More weapons: I’m sure this is coming, but having guns like dual smg’s or a deagle. as well as more melee weapons like a sword or battle axe, maybe with different abilities and advantages.
Car modifications: There’s a car shop, it would be nice to see the ability to modify your car with armor, better traction tires or a nitro boost.
tl;dr :
It looks great, I’d like to see more immersive interactions and more variety in weapons, cars and other things
