In SoR 2, I suggest robbing banks rewarding player with 3 or 4 times cash than it is in base game. This would make for a strategy that earns a lot of money with enough effor put in, since reward in SoR 1 is very little. To make up for reward I mentioned, I suggest adding silent/loud alarm when killing someone in the bank or trying to crack open safes with safe cracker/destroying property inside. If camera sees player, they will sound the alarm instantly. Sounding the alarm will trigger around 20 cops/10 supercops to rush the bank and kill intruders. After alarm sounds, there is 15 second delay, and after delay ends, cops will come. They could use police cars or swat vans if they are supercops. Swat vans should be more durable or tank bullets, so player can destroy them only when colliding in them with other vehicle or with explosives. This will make planning bank robberies a thing, because player has to open safe with money quicker. To do this, I recommend deleting possibility to open safe/safe room’s door through computer without tech expert trait. Computer destruction will disable turrets/cameras, but not open safes. As an alternative, explosives will damage safe with 3 stages of destructions for each explosion. Safe crackers will now be more useful opening safe in 10 seconds and in 5 seconds with nimble fingers trait, or kill/mug clerk for safe combination, which will add 3 more supercops/6 regular cops, because you are killing civilians or holding them as hostages. Safe combination will now need to be entered, with same time as safe cracker. Now player will either have to to plan their escape and kill all goons and get safe combination in time, or stand police assault, which will be really hard especially with characters that are not meant for battles. If player kills anyone with silent neutralizing abilities, allarm will not go off and player can safely get money or items from safes.

not saying i disagree with you entirely, but this just sounds like Payday in SoR

there's a variety of technical things here I'm not sure would gel with the game too well
