2 New NPCs:

Official installer: can be found in a hospital, you can spend tons of money to get good cybernetics:

Eyeball enhancement: increases sight range, and accuracy

Arm enhancement: increases melee damage, and lets you use your arm like the mech gun

Leg enhancement: increases run speed, and you may now leap over fences or walls that don’t belong to a building (such as an outer wall that just leads into a basketball court outside)

Chest enhancement: reduces dmg taken by 20%

Black market installer: can sell for cheaper BUT you have a chance to get a bad installment that debuffs you instead:

Eye debuffer: you can’t aim for crap, just spray and pray

Arm debuffer: you deal less melee dmg and sometimes your arms freeze up not letting you swing nor shoot for a bit

Leg debuffer: you move slower and sometimes the cybernetic shortcircuits making you not be able to move at all for a bit

Chest debuffer: you take 20% more dmg

The cheaper the black market guy sells it for based on normal price, the more likely you will get scammed
