thought that it would be nice that if you do wacky stuff (like destroying property or killing people) in a city you could get a bounty.
When you have a bounty bounty hunters will try to catch you/kill you and if you don't want that you have to pay the bounty off.
and the city names would come in handy so you will know what city do you have the bounty in.
||(yes i know i kinda stole that idea from red dead redemption 2, but shhhhhh)||

Also, a way to rename those cities once you become Mayor/President.
