So basically the more chaotic you play the more the city will adapt to your recklessness and if you lay low or don't do a lot of crimes then the city will be more easy to navigate, for example, if you murder a ton of cops then most cops will be super cops and more of them, if you explode a ton of things then cops will always come and investigate the bomb site and finally curfews, however less chaotic will mean less super cops and less cops in general, no curfew and cheaper items because the shopkeepers wont have to pay for taxes because of the mayor wanting more to repair the missing police force and the things you exploded you reckless reck.

What defines as chaotic?
You’ve gotta get a very secure definition for this to work. Is a fire counted as chaotic? What about an explosion? A murder? A car crash? Stealing?
All of these happen in a normal city, and most likely nothing will be changed. It takes a big city with a lot of money and resources to make drastic changes. So I ask, what’s chaotic?
I think something like this is already gonna happen in SoR2
Such as stealing cars, hurting the innocent, stealing, stuff that would usually give bad karma in a game
That what I thinking anyway
