Just like the title implies, this would be a reference to VTMB. The idea is pretty simple: all vampires, including the player, have to hide their vampiric abilities by not using "bite" in front of non-vampires (ghosts and werewolves can also be exceptions). If a player vampire repeatedly breaks the masquerade, groups of vampires may appear on some levels and try to hunt down the player (like the debt assassins do currently). These vampire gangs may have additional equipment like invisibility syringes, armor, and/or weapons. If there is an NPC vampire on a level, there is a slim chance for the previously mentioned vampire squad to spawn on said level. They will be hostile to the vampire in question, but may also do the usual vampire things like sucking blood. The chance of this random occurrence should be pretty low, though.
