Ok so theres going to be animals, and im aware theres many people outhere who are "icky" about animals suffering damaged, so what about creatures that are like overgrown man-sized insects such as ants

You almost always lose the crew member

The help encounter I remember best is the plague one, where you can send a Rock crew member to contain the riot
