#New Weapon - The Man-Cannon

The Man-Cannon is an eclectic weapon comprised of a large barrel on your back and a large hose. It allows you to suck up an unwitting victim and carry them elsewhere, then launch them. Grab a gorilla and send it into a lab, chuck an asssination target off a cliff, keep a friendly NPC safe while you deliver them to their destination.

This Sucks - When empty, the Man-Cannon is like an inverted Leaf Blower. You must keep it trained on someone for 2-3 seconds to suck them up. Anyone getting sucked will try to run away, while their allies will get mad and attack. Your allies do not get mad. Once someone is sucked up, the Man-Cannon switches mode.

And Blows - Once loaded with a passenger, the Man-Cannon can launch them at high velocity. They both take and deal damage to anything or anyone they hit. Hitting a hard wall will daze them.

Recharge - The Cannon needs to be recharged after a few uses. Vacuum and shooting both take energy, though you can always eject the passenger even at 0% charge.

Large - While carrying someone, the Cannon is too big and heavy to put into your pockets. You'll have to lug it around on your back or load it into a vehicle. You cannot wear backpacks while using the Cannon.

Not Just Men - Can also be used on animals and robots. Can a bear fit? Yes, just bearly.

Modification - If weapons can be modified, then the Cannon could be infused with different drugs to affect the NPC fired. Enrage them, launch a giant through a building, fire an invulnerable ally into the fray.

Vehicle Mount - If vehicles can be modified, why not install a Man-Cannon? I'm a big fan of the Man-Cannon Van.

Honestly, that could work. Make it so they have to stand still to get sucked up and can exit the cannon whenever they want by moving. You could smuggle a Shapeshifter past a police checkpoint.

now i'm just imagining fighting some guy. then he pulls out some sort of vacuum from his pocket and fires a whole gorilla at you.

I like this idea, its goofy, it sounds effective...

And reminds of the Ratchet and Clank games (and its suck cannon which worked pretty much the same, though it had a size limitation for sucked opponents)
