#Class difficulty rating

A common complaint that I've gotten from my friends who have picked up the game is that they have very little indication of how hard a class is to play. Some classes lend themselves very well to beginners, but other classes require players to have a much better understanding of the systems involved.

A star rating or color rating would go a long way to ensuring that players have a good impression of the game on their first few playthroughs.

I don't know how this will even function.
The character difficulty is weird to add, since there will be people who think that some characters are hard while others think they're easy

Most of the DLC characters would fall under higher difficulty.

Or at least, should be noted for complexity.

There needs to be noted way too many things

#

For example if you are too dumb to realise that Doctor has an ability he will become insanely hard.

even some sort of rudimentary indicator would be helpful. Not everyone is going to have put in as many hours as you have.

this feature wouldn't be for experienced players. It would benefit new players the most. A bouncer is objectively more difficult than a soldier, just purely because of mechanics.

The difficulty highly depends on the playstyle, when first playing this game the Alien was one of the EASIEST characters for me, however for my friend that character is very hard.

that's fair, then at least a mention of playstyles it leans towards, or a mention of complexity. The bouncers mechanics were very frustrating for my friend who chose in on his first playthrough, not knowing that the musician was incessantly needy. He got a few levels in and pretty much said out loud, this isn't fun. He was willing to give it another try, and mercifully picked a different class and enjoyed himself much more. He's glad that he stuck with it, but judging from experience, I can see lots of people picking a class based on novelty, and then not enjoying themselves because they're not familiar with the systems that the game entails.

There is a lot of people who say that Bouncer is hard, then we have bouncer gaming228 who has just bought the game and already completed it as Bouncer and is now telling others that Bouncer is the best class ever.

Also this would require a lot of text to fully describe how each character plays, what they rely on most often and what their play style is supposed to be.
