The first link is the FAB link, and unless it is just my account, you won't own it. The second link it to the actual item on Quixel, where you can download it because you claimed it 15 months ago.

  1. There is 1,452 (yes ONE THOUSAND, four hundred and fifty two items) that exist on Quixel in your Library, that were NOT moved to Fab, they just don't exist on Fab. You can still download them on Quixel. I attached the list below after someone suggested I attach the text file so that we wouldn't have 1500 urls just floating here. 😉

  1. There are an additional 8 items added to your "claimed" account record on Quixel, that no longer exist on Quixel, but now do exist on Fab. However, you don't own them on Fab either, so no way to download any of those 8 records without buying them on Fab.

So for those who might care, been working with Fab support (super slow), but did find out one thing. 520 items were depreciated and they didn't transfer them over. The fab support article is here https://support.fab.com/s/article/Deprecated-Megascans-Not-Transferring-to-Fab?language=en_US and you can download all 520 items there in a single archive. (Please note if you manually count it actually shows 521 items, but there is a duplicate I found in the list 😉 ) --- This means that my list above of about 1500 is now confirmed to be 932 missing items as we figured out where at least 520 of them went...
