#but i dont want the bottle to have a

Idk if liquids hydrostatic equilibrium can be done in a single material on a bottle. Let me do some research
If you want it to just be transparent, you’ll need to change the material type from opaque to translucent and then need an opacity mask. And enable refraction
i already used that method and it turned out like this
Is refraction enabled here?
should i set it to something else?
Glass is 1.5. The glass refraction is going to override the liquid, in this case
its 1 material tho?
I have a feeling it’s going to affect the label though. Might be something plugged up wrong in your material. Can you post a pic of the material graph?
*its 2 materials 1 for label 1 for liquid, i meant that theres no like glass infront of the liquid material
yeah sorry
So you’ll do yourself a favor by exporting to a 3d program and baking a normal map. You MIGHT be able to do that in ue5 but Ive never done it
can i bake it in blender?
i baked it in blender but in blender i use the transmission value, to what node in unreal should i plug the transmission texture?
Hey bud i got distracted at work and then by my grandad. You get it figured out?
Yeah thanks
Post the results somewhere 😛
