The issue is the current setup of VS that i did for 5.0 ig works fine with 5.1,5.3,5.4 but whenever i try to open the project in 5.2 it says the delay.imp.lib file is missing
i searched the google and forums, so far what i found was i need to install some component
i found another temporary solution but i dont wanna use it, it was to manually set the path of the library in project settings of visual studio

that does not seem too temporary. did you already try to regenerate the vs files? (via rightclick on the uproject file?) additionoally @near falcon did also post something outside of this thread regarding your question
