#Eh, that won't help you with

I don't think it's so easy, some stuff is pretty much impossible to get as an entry job (engine programming), some other stuff is vague to me (tools programming). And on top of that I'm generally curious so I like to change things often. Doesn't help to pick one specialization
It does help though, because you can't just be a fit for every role.
You're going to be applying for a Junior Gameplay Programmer. Or a Junior Tools Programmer.
You have to pick what it is you're gonna focus on
What I mean is the course won't help you pick something like that btw
If you really want to go generalist, you won't be working in AAA
Which is fine, you're just limiting opportunities
Yeah that's true, it's not gonna help to pick. But I think it's gonna boost the quality of my project.
And I'm ok to specialize, as long as it's not a specialization like "oh yeah I'm a specialist in water droplets effects on cars"
