Is #introductions being monitored for violations to the server rules?

Specifically, I followed report protocol and nothing seems to be done about the harassment posted to my introduction post: #introductions message

Thank you.

By harassment, do you mean the guy that said your quintology of games isn't likely to end well?

That's not really harassment, it's pretty sound advice

Given two of them are mmos

I do however wish you luck!

We did not see a report as one was not sent to us via our systems. We do not constantly read every message in every chat.

Please use the reporting systems we have provided by right clicking a message > Apps > report Message

As for harassment, I'm not sure that particularly falls into that category. However, you were introducing yourself and their response is not the type of response anyone expects or appreciates in response to an introduction.

That being said, I will be removing the response, and reminding the user to be kind.

Mmos are massive undertakings, and definitely wish you luck on those. I do understand their scepticism or concern for taking on so many huge scope projects, but saying "that won't end well" is far from an ideal way to respond to an introduction of a new user on the server.

Couldn't have said it better myself

Thank you very much, and yes to everything you've said regarding the issue - feedback on the 1st point, and I'm reiterating (I think that's the right term) that I did try to report the msg that way... but maybe something didn't work (I don't remember exactly what was shown, just that "Apps" I think wasn't shown, just "report community violation" or something in that line, I believe... but I verified that it is working now).
